Shortly after my husband and I met/started dating/got engaged he moved to Tokyo, Japan for work.  He lived there for two years.  Needless to say I spent quite a bit of time over there with him.

Today my heart aches for the people of Japan.  You will never meet kinder, gentler, more polite, or more respectful people.  I can't stand to think of the devastation this disaster has caused.

Thankfully we received word that my husband's best friend/daughter's Godfather who lives in Osaka is safe.  I pray for those who are not as lucky.
