Today is truly a Monday.  I am dragging.  I stayed up way too late last night and now I am exhausted and have a headache.  I did manage to clean my living room though.  Mostly with the help of my 4 year old son.  While carrying his toys to his room he tripped on the living room step.  "This is why I should not clean up my toys.  Because I would hurt myself."  Well he definitely takes after his mom!  I certainly can not argue with such logic.  We did manage to finish cleaning the room and I even vacuumed without any further injuries but it was touch and go there for a bit.


I did get some exciting news this morning which really helped to brighten my day.  This weekend our SITS 31 Days to Build a Better Blog host Shelley from I'm still standing had a party for the participants.  This morning she notified me that I won her giveaway.  The prize is a itunes gift card.  Thank you Shelley!!

Now I have a confession to make.  I have had my ipod for almost two years and have yet to buy any music for it!  My husband burned a couple of my cds to it and I have just listened to those over and over and over and . . . Can you guess how excited I am?  I already have my first purchase picked out.  80's Christian music is usually a bit hard to find for some reason.  :)

My mask is slipping a bit sharing this with you.  It's just too good to keep to myself though.  I might have to take another step out of the shadows and follow his Twitter page.  I wasn't really expecting to take that kind of step this soon.  See if I follow his Twitter page then he can see my Twitter page and he might get the wild idea to check out my blog!  *Deep breaths*
